We will do our best to make sure that the services that we provide are available with the least amount of down time as possible.
Occasionally there will be the need to perform maintenance on our service to ensure that we are providing the best experience to our clients. Any scheduled maintenance will always be published within our Song Vision application, and within the Members area of the website.
In extreme circumstances we may need to perform some maintenance without informing our clients, for example if there is a system wide outage. We will of course update our clients with any developments as things are restored.
As part of our effort to minimise disruption to our clients, the Song Vision application will automatically switch to Offline Mode should it detect a service outage. This means that almost everything in the application will still function, bar any online features, such as database sync and adding new users.
